Our Assisted Living “Conductors” must deposit prior to we open the assisted living portion of our community. Those that do will:
Pay no community fee
Get their 3rd month free
Qualify for a two-year rate lock
Additionally, they’ll be among the first to select a studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment, will pay no premium view fee, and get $1000 in moving expenses from our preferred partner.
Memory Care “Directors” early depositors must also deposit prior to opening of The Woodwinds Memory Care at Symphony Pointe. Those that do so will:
Pay no community fee
Get their 4th month free.
Qualify for a two-year rate lock
Directors will also get $1000 in moving expenses from our preferred partner and will be among the first to make their apartment selection choice.
