Katrina Ondracek - General Manager

Katrina Ondracek

Katrina Ondracek was named the General Manager of Symphony Pointe in November 2022. Prior to leading the community, she was Executive Director of The Meriwether in La Vista, NE, another Agemark-managed community. She holds assisted living administrator licenses in both Nebraska and Washington state.

Katrina brings a wealth of experience to her role, with past experience leading several communities, including a large Independent Living and Assisted Living community in Washington. Prior to that, she was Executive Vice President at the United Way of Snohomish County in Everett, Washington for ten years. Before relocating to Washington, the Nebraska native served in several positions for the Department of Health and Human Services, the Nebraska Department of Labor and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

She earned both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Anthropology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She and her fiancee makes their home in Elkhorn. In her spare time, Katrina enjoys running, traveling, reading and spending time with animals, including her two Bengal cats: Ichabod and Seymour.

Jennifer (Jenny) Moustakes - Senior Living Consultant

Jennifer (Jenny) Moustakes

Jenny, our Senior Living Sales Consultant, began her career in senior care a decade ago as a Public Relations Coordinator at Papillion Manor. Over the years, she honed her skills, serving in key roles such as Marketing Director at Hillcrest Country Estates and Esprit Whispering Ridge. Armed with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Jenny brings both expertise and passion to her work. Now at Symphony Pointe, she continues to impact seniors’ lives profoundly, drawing from her deep community ties and unwavering dedication to their well-being.

Jenny is genuinely a people person, driven by her passion for connecting with individuals on a personal level and understanding their unique stories, values, and needs. At Symphony Pointe, she finds alignment with her approach, as the company prioritizes treating prospects, residents, and team members as individuals. This culture empowers Jenny to excel in her role, ensuring that every person she meets receives personalized attention and support as they embark on their journey into the community.

In her free time, she loves hanging out with her family, including her kids and husband. Whether it’s cooking, reading, or working out, there’s always someone by her side. Cooking is her secret talent – she can whip up delicious meals using whatever’s in the pantry or garden. And it seems like every dish she makes becomes someone’s new favorite, whether it’s for the kids, family, or friends!

Maddie Daley - Marketing Assistant

Maddie Daley

Maddie is our community’s Sales & Marketing Assistant. She enjoys working with older adults – connecting with residents and helping them in any way she can. She first started working in senior living when she was 16. Before joining our team, she worked in life enrichment at another retirement home, and while earning her master’s degree, she interned at another community.

She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Omaha with a Business Administration and Gerontology degree and recently completed her Masters in Business Administration.

Maddie was born and raised in Omaha. She enjoys running, reading, learning, thrift shopping, and spending time with friends and family.

Beth Siciliani - Resident Experience Director

Beth Siciliani

Beth, currently the Resident Experience Director at Symphony Pointe, embarked on her healthcare journey in Sunny California in 2000, working with Memory Care Seniors. By 2001, after relocating to the Midwest, she obtained CNA and Medication Aide certifications, cultivating a passion for senior care at Life Care Center and Golden Living Center.

Transitioning to the Resident Experience Director, Beth specialized in planning activities for Independent Living, Assisted Living & Memory Care. In Sidney, IA, she became the Director of Activities for Ambassador Health, gaining experience in community involvement and tailoring activities.

Returning to Omaha, Beth served as the Director of Activities at Esprit Whispering Ridge and Lifestyle Director at Walnut Grove Retirement Community. Certified in Nebraska (2001) and Iowa (2015), she completed the Activities Professional Certification Program in 2018.

Beth’s choice of senior living stems from the dynamic relationship between care and activities, finding joy in making a positive impact. Joining Agemark was a natural fit. Outside of work, she initiated a non-profit four years ago, fundraising to bring holiday cheer to low-income seniors in communities.

Karmell Lynn Sanders - Memory Care Manager/LPN

Karmell Lynn Sanders

Karmell is Symphony Pointe’s Memory Care Manager. She oversees daily operations of Woodwinds Memory Care at Symphony Pointe. She has spent 16 of her 24 years in nursing working specifically with seniors. She finds a sense of accomplishment and joy while helping others.

Karmell graduated from Bellevue East High School in 1992, obtained a CNA/Psych Tech certificate in 1994, and obtained her LPN degree in 2007. She has experience in nursing in assisted living, skilled nursing, in a step-down ICU, and in occupational health.

She previously worked at The Meriwether, another Agemark community, before joining the Symphony Pointe team. She appreciates Agemark’s values and culture and believes in the mission of the company – to treat all as family.

She is originally from Northfield, MN (home of the Jesse James Days). She and her husband Terry have been married for 21 years. The couple has two grown children and can’t wait to be grandparents. She is an avid reader of true crime and biographies. Her guilty pleasure is horror, and Halloween is her favorite day of the year, next to Valentine’s Day.

Angela Kula - Director of Nursing

Angela Kula

Angela is our Director of Nursing. She began her healthcare career as a CNA at 16 and has 30 years of experience. She became a Certified Nursing Assistant in 1994, a Medication Aide in 2003, and 2008, earned an Associate of Arts Degree in Pre-Professional Nursing. She became an LPN in 2012.

She spent most of her career working in Long Term Care, most recently spending 14 years working as a CNA/Med Aide before becoming a charge nurse. She also worked as an LPN/Assisted Living Administrator at an Assisted Living in Tilden, NE, for four years. Angela moved to Elkhorn and worked for Methodist Orthopedics as a nurse from 2019 to 2023. She is now happy to be part of Symphony Pointe.

Angela and her husband, Rich, live in Elkhorn. Angela has four children and looks forward to welcoming her first grandson later this year. Her hobbies include decorating for holidays, working out, spending time with family, shopping, and watching Husker sports and Minnesota Vikings football.
