Symphony Pointe is proud to announce the addition of the first two team members in our community: Katrina Ondracek and Terri Morrow.
Katrina Ondracek will be Symphony Pointe’s General Manager. She joins after nearly one year as Executive Director of The Meriwether in La Vista, NE, another Agemark-managed community. She holds assisted living administrator licenses in both Nebraska and Washington State. She brings a wealth of experience to her role, with past stints leading several communities, including a large Independent Living and Assisted Living community in Washington. Prior to that, she was Executive Vice President at the United Way of Snohomish County in Everett, Washington for ten years. Before relocating to Washington, the Nebraska native served in several positions for the Department of Health and Human Services, the Nebraska Department of Labor and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She earned both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Anthropology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She makes her home in Elkhorn, and enjoys running, traveling, reading and spending time with animals, including her two Bengal cats: Ichabod and Seymour.
Terri Morrow will be the community’s Senior Living Consultant. With a background in senior care, home health & hospice and general sales, she brings a variety of experiences to Symphony Pointe. She holds two Bachelor’s degrees, one in Special Education (with a hearing-impaired endorsement) and another in Marketing. Additionally, she is a certified Assisted Living Administrator. In her role at Symphony Pointe, she looks forward to connecting with prospective residents and families considering the community. Directly prior to joining our team, she spent seven months as a Senior Living Consultant at CountryHouse in Lincoln, NE, a sister community of Symphony Pointe.
