Symphony Pointe Rates
A variety of options for your budget and needs.
Symphony Pointe offers a variety of floor plans, with the hope that our options work for different budgets. Please see below for a list of starting rates for all service types – Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care as well as Short-Term stays. For more detailed rate information, please contact our Senior Living Consultant.
Independent Living
Apartment options in Independent Living include one-bedrooms; one-bedroom deluxe; one bedroom and den; as well as regular and deluxe two-bedrooms.
In addition to your apartment, one monthly rate also includes:
- Basic utilities – electric, gas, water, and trash
- Maintenance services, including emergency on-call services
- Guest access WIFI
- Local transportation
- Robust activity offerings
- Twice-monthly light housekeeping and linen and towel service
- 350 Symphony Notes to use for meals and food items within the community (these can also be used for guest meals). Symphony Notes expire 60-days post issue
Starting rates for a one-bedroom apartment are $4,195 per month.
Assisted Living
Assisted Living residents have a choice of floor plans ranging from studios to deluxe two-bedrooms. The monthly rate includes:
- Three daily meals plus snacks
- Regular housekeeping, linen and full laundry services
- Complimentary wellness checks
- Robust life enrichment opportunities
- Free transportation
- Basic utilities – electric, gas, water, trash
- Guest access WIFI
- Maintenance services, including on-call emergency services.
Rates for Assisted Living apartments start at $4,795 monthly.
Woodwinds Memory Care
Woodwinds Memory Care at Symphony Point provides expert memory care in a secure, but homelike and comfortable neighborhood.
Base rates include all meals and snacks; regular full housekeeping, linen and laundry service; life enrichment activities and free transportation; all basic utilities; wellness checks, guest access WIFI, maintenance and more. Companion and Private suite options are available.
Base rates at Woodwinds start at $5,995 monthly.
Short-Term Stays
Short-term stay guests benefit from our homelike atmosphere and personalized attention from staff members who are specially trained in providing necessary care. Space and availability may be limited.
For Assisted Living, respite care rates are:
- Respite Stay – $200 (24 hours)
For Woodwinds Memory Care, short-term rates are:
- Day Stay – $150/day (8 hours)
- Overnight Visit – $275/night (24 hours)
Additional fees may apply for enhanced caregiving or continence care. Please ask for details.
Health and Personal Care
Most residents of Assisted Living and Memory Care will require personal assistance and care services. For those individuals, we offer level-of-care packages. Services offered include medication management, bathing and dressing assistance and more. Your level of care is based on a personalized assessment performed by our Director of Nursing, in conjunction with your personal physician, if you wish. For more information, visit our Wellness page.
In the assessment, your needs and preferences will be evaluated. Each service is assigned at a point value based on both the time and level of expertise required to complete the task. The level of care is determined by the total number of pointes for desired services. We offer four care levels. Level 1 is $750 monthly.
Residents of Woodwinds Memory Care that assess at a level two of care or lower may opt for an all-inclusive plan. Once selected, this plan type is locked in for the duration of the residency. Please ask a Senior Living Consultant for more details.
Additional cost considerations.
A one-time community fee is required and grants you the first right of refusal for the room you choose.
Optional on-site services, including salon, spa, underground parking, storage spaces and additional housekeeping and laundry service beyond what’s mentioned above are available for an additional cost. Please ask for details about any applicable additional fees.
