She began her career in senior care a decade ago as a Public Relations Coordinator at Papillion Manor. Over the years, she has honed her skills in key roles, including Marketing Director at Hillcrest Country Estates and Esprit Whispering Ridge. Jenny is truly a people person, driven by her passion for building meaningful connections and understanding each individual’s unique story, values, and needs. At Symphony Pointe, she thrives in a culture that prioritizes treating prospects, residents, and team members as individuals. This approach empowers her to excel in her role, ensuring that everyone she meets receives personalized attention and support as they transition into the community.
In her free time, Jenny loves spending time with her husband and kids. Whether she’s cooking, reading, or working out, she’s always surrounded by loved ones. Cooking is her hidden talent—she has a knack for creating delicious meals with whatever ingredients she has on hand, whether from the pantry or her garden. And it seems like every dish she makes quickly becomes a new favorite among her family and friends!

Matthew Allen
Matthew is passionate about bringing people together through food. As the Executive Chef at Symphony Pointe, he loves creating meals that not only nourish but also bring joy to residents and staff. One of his favorite moments so far was catering the Mardi Gras event—a lively and fun experience that truly showcased the power of good food and community.
His journey in the culinary world started with a love for cooking and a drive to learn. He’s a self-taught chef who trained under professionals, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of settings. He spent four years as a Seafood Manager at Safeway before stepping into the restaurant world as a Sous Chef at Altitude Chophouse & Brewery in Laramie, Wyoming. From there, he became a Traveling Sous Chef with Guckenheimer, cooking in locations like the former TD Ameritrade building, Union Pacific, the Google Data Center, and Omaha Performing Arts. He later spent five years as Sous Chef at Omaha Performing Arts before joining Symphony Pointe.
Outside the kitchen, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife, three kids, two cats, and a dog. And here’s a fun secret—he has an unusual talent: he can dislocate his shoulder blades (though he promises not to do it while cooking!).
